For permanent makeup artists in the US
Booked consults for your permanent makeup studio, with $0 to start
Permanent Profits runs your Facebook and Instagram ads, and our AI texting assistant texts each new lead within about a minute and books the consultation onto your calendar. For your first 45 days, our only fee is $50 per consultation that shows up.
- $0 to start
- $50 per consult that shows, first 45 days
- Ad budget paid to Meta, not us
- Fewer than 3 shows? We pay you $500
We only take one artist per area. The application is a few quick questions.
- Lead: Hi! How much are powder brows?9:12 PM
- Studio: Hi Jess! Thanks for reaching out. Powder brows are $650, and that includes your touch-up 6 to 8 weeks later. Is this your first time getting brows done?9:13 PM
- Lead: Yes first time. Does it hurt?
- Studio: Most people say it feels like light scratching, and the area is numbed first. The best next step is a consult so we can talk shape and color. I have Thursday at 5:30 or Saturday at 11. Would either work?
- Lead: Saturday at 11!
- Studio: You're booked for Saturday at 11:00 AM. I'll send you a reminder the day before. See you then!
Why studios with great work still have empty days
Three things cost you clients, and none of them is your work
Leads come in at night
43% of lead form fills arrive between 8pm and 7am. By the time you see them in the morning, a lot of them have moved on.
Agencies get paid either way
A monthly retainer comes due whether or not anyone books. You carry all the risk, and the agency has little reason to care which leads turn into clients.
People go quiet, then disappear
Plenty of people who'll book need a nudge first. Without follow-up and reminders, they drift off or don't show.
What we do about it
The same three, fixed
Texted within about a minute, day or night
The texting assistant texts her within about a minute, answers her questions and books the consult while she's still interested.
Paid per consult that shows, for 45 days
For your first 45 days, our only fee is $50 per consultation that walks in. No-shows and cancellations aren't charged.
Follow-up and reminders that run themselves
The assistant follows up with people who go quiet and sends confirmations and reminders, and you watch every conversation in the app.
Who does what
You do the brows. We get her to the consult.
We do

- Book consults onto your calendar, remind and follow up
You do
- Fund your ads with Meta, about $30 a day
- Keep consult times open, and answer leads the app hands you
- Meet her, and close the consult

Mark who showed, and who bought
After each consult you tap what happened. It's how you see your real close rate, and a consult you mark as a no-show never lands on your bill.
One studio's first 45 days
Pretty Inked in Tucson, AZ: 50 consultations showed up
In her first 45 days, Jun 6 to Jul 21, 2026, 50 consultations showed up for Jazmin Redondo. She closed 28 of them at $500 full price, by her own count, after a big-name PMU marketing company had burned her. Our fee for those 45 days was 50 x $50 = $2,500.

What happens, and when

Day 45
You decide: stop, or keep going with a one-time fee based on your results.
Pricing
$0 to start. $50 per consult that shows. Then your call.
If you keep going after day 45, there's a one-time activation fee based on your results, figured from the consults that showed up in your first 45 days, at your own prices, so it stays a small share of what those consults brought you. Then it's a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows.

The Show Guarantee
Fewer than 3 consultations show up in your first 45 days? We pay you $500.
And you can stop right there with nothing more owed. It's in the agreement, and it's the one promise we make. It holds when you've done your part:
- You spent at least $500 with Meta on the ads we built in your first 45 days, and the ads ran without a break.
- Your calendar had at least 15 hours a week open for consults, including a weekend day and two weekday evenings.
- You replied within an hour (in your business hours) to every lead the app handed you, and returned calls the same day.
- You marked every consult showed, no-show or cancelled within 7 days, and kept your Meta page, forms and calendar connected.
The full rules, and how to claim, are in section 4 of the agreement.

105 consults booked in 45 days

Burned by an agency. $18K in the next 70 days.
Is it for you?
Who this is for, and who it isn't
We only take one artist per area, which is why artists apply instead of just signing up.
A good fit if
- You do permanent makeup (brows, lips) and want more of it on your calendar.
- You can fund about $30 a day of ads with Meta for 45 days.
- You can keep consult times open, including some evenings and a weekend day.
- You'll answer the leads the app hands you, within an hour in your business hours.
Not a fit if
- You're fully booked and don't want more clients right now.
- You can't run ads at all at the moment.
- You want someone else to close the consult. Getting her there is our job; the yes is yours.
- You need us to market two artists in the same area. We take one per area.

Questions
What artists ask before they apply
What exactly do I pay, all in?
Here's all of it. $0 to start. For your first 45 days of ads, our fee is $50 for each consultation that shows up, billed weekly. Your ad budget goes straight to Meta, about $30 a day, with a $500 minimum across those 45 days. Texts and calls cost what the carriers charge, with no markup, usually $30 to $70 a month in all.
At day 45 you decide. If you keep going, there's a one-time activation fee based on your results, then a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows, month to month. If you stop, the only thing left to pay is $50 for each consult already booked that shows up.
What's the Show Guarantee?
If you do your part and still get fewer than 3 consultations that show up in your first 45 days, we pay you $500 and you can stop with nothing more owed.
Doing your part means: You spent at least $500 with Meta on the ads we built in your first 45 days, and the ads ran without a break; Your calendar had at least 15 hours a week open for consults, including a weekend day and two weekday evenings; You replied within an hour (in your business hours) to every lead the app handed you, and returned calls the same day; You marked every consult showed, no-show or cancelled within 7 days, and kept your Meta page, forms and calendar connected. The full rules are in the agreement, and they're what decide a claim.
How does the activation fee work?
It's performance-based. It's figured from the consults that showed up in your first 45 days, at your own prices, so it stays a small share of what those consults brought you.
Before day 45 we send you your numbers and your exact fee, and you decide then. If you keep going, it's a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows after that, month to month.
Does it renew automatically at day 45?
No. Day 45 is your choice, not a renewal. Before then we send you your numbers and the continuation offer, and you keep going only if you accept it. If you don't, the agreement ends on day 45, and you don't have to explain.
Consultations that are already booked still happen, and each one that shows is $50.
What do you do, and what's still my job?
Our side: we write and run your Facebook and Instagram ads, and set up your business texting number, your calendar connection and the texting assistant. Each new lead gets a text from your studio within about a minute, day or night. The assistant answers her questions, books the consultation onto your calendar, reminds her, and follows up with people who go quiet.
Your side: fund the ads with Meta, keep consultation times open on your calendar, answer the leads the app hands to you, and close the consult. You do the brows.
What does the texting assistant actually say?
It texts your leads as your studio, using your prices, your services and your booking rules. It answers the questions artists get all day (price, pain, healing, how long it lasts), books the consult onto your calendar, and hands the conversation to you when someone sends a photo or asks for you. You see every message in the app and can step in any time.
Do you work with other artists in my area?
We only take one artist per area: we don't run the same campaign for two artists in one area. That's part of why artists apply instead of just signing up.
What happens with my ads after day 45?
For your first 45 days we run our proven ads, so there's nothing for you to make or film. After that, if you keep going, you either make a couple of your own with our tutorials or we keep making them for a bit more, and we set that up together at day 45. The texting assistant, follow-up, reminders, booking and the app keep running either way.
What if I don't have a big ad budget right now?
We suggest about $30 a day. It's paid straight to Meta from your own ad account. We never touch it, and you see every dollar.
The minimum is $500 with Meta across your first 45 days. Below that the ads don't have enough to work with, and that isn't fair to either of us.
So the real question is whether one client pays for what it cost to find her. At $500 a brow client, one booking covers 16 days of ads at $30 a day.
This sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
One: you fund your own ads. About $30 a day, paid to Meta, never to us. If you can't run ads at all, this won't work.
Two: you still close. We get a real person to your studio. What happens in the consult is yours.
Three: $50 a consult adds up when it's working. 20 consults that show is $1,000. That's the bill for a good month, and it's better you know now.
After day 45 you decide. Keep going and there's a one-time activation fee based on your results, then a small monthly amount plus a small fee for each consult that shows. Stop, and there's no activation fee and nothing monthly, just $50 for any consult already booked that shows up. And if you do your part and fewer than 3 consults show up in your first 45 days, the Show Guarantee pays you $500.
